I have always been a very active person and have always been involved in playing multiple sports. My interest in health and fitness at a young age lead me towards getting my Honours Kinesiology Degree at McMaster University. As a sprinter on the McMaster Track and Field team I suffered my fair share of injuries. I saw a number of different therapists, but I experienced the most success in with my recovery while getting treatment by a Chiropractor. I become a sponge during our treatment sessions as I was extremely impressed with his treatment skills and his knowledge of human physiology and performance. He also changed the stereotype that I had previously held about what a Chiropractor did. This lead me to persue a degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College to become a Doctor of Chiropractic so I could help others in the same way my Chiropractor had helped me.

As a student at CMCC I became a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and worked part time as a personal trainer. I also went back to McMaster University part-time to become a Certified Medicial Acupuncture Provider (Not offered in BC). Within my first 4 years of graduation I have had the honour and priviledge to work as a therapist on two national level teams with the women's National Soccer team and The Canada Rugby League. I also had the priviledge of working with one of Canada's foremost fitness experts and educators in Kevin Darby. Through Darby Training System (DTS) I educated personal trainers and coaches on client assessment and program design. Through my education and experiences I have learned what it takes to help a beginner fitness enthusiast to a high-level athlete, and everyone inbetween.

In 2016 I left my busy downtown Toronto practice to start fresh in beautify Victoria British Columbia.  I take great pride in helping my patients get out of pain, move and perform better as they work towards improving their daily lives to achieving their fitness goals.
