Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to increase strength, improve conditioning and optimize movement quality. For those who have completed the Beginner Kettlebell Program and want to continue to hone and advance their skills while taking their strength and conditioning to another level.
Kettlebell training is the most versatile way to train. Seamlessly transition from one exercise to another, stringing together a complex movement pattern that will put your strength and conditioning to the test. This allows for each workout to be different from the last while still adhering to the fundamental principles that allow you to continue to get stronger and fitter.
Kettlebell training can also be used in its simplest form by utilizing just the fundamental movement patterns. The design of a kettlebell provides a stability stimulus and added level of challenge that you won’t find with traditional weight training.
Proficient kettlebell skills are a pre-requisite for these classes. Those who can demonstrate proficient kettlebell skills do not need to attend the Beginner On-Ramp Program as a prerequisite. If you are new to kettlebells, the Beginner On-Ramp Program is a prerequisite.
