MOVEMENT FOUNDATIONS

Movement Foundations walks you through progressive stages to restore functional movement so you can move without pain and lay a solid foundation for your training - not to mention your day to day life. Dysfunctional movement patterns aberrantly strain tissues and joints leading to chronic pain or pain with movement. Exercise should build you up, not break you down. Movement Foundations ensures you are building your fitness on a solid foundation, eliminating pain and reducing risk of injury.
BEGINNER KETTLEBELL PROGRAM
Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to increase strength, improve conditioning and optimize movement quality. In 6 weeks time, participants will go from beginner to advanced. This program is designed meticulously to progress participants of all fitness levels through basic movement patterning and advancing skill acquisition. Participants build strength in tandem with movement and kettlebell competency. With this, participants will gain the ability to seamlessly combine complex movement patterns and flow from one exercise to another. In short, you will get the workout of your life.
ADVANCED KETTLEBELL CLASSES
For those who have completed the Beginner Kettlebell Program and want to continue to hone and advance their skills while taking their strength and conditioning to another level. Experience the true versatility kettlebells applied to building strength, conditioning and movement. Those who can demonstrate proficient kettlebell skills do not need to attend the beginner program as a prerequisite. Membership options are 1x/week, 2x/week and 3x/week.
RUN FOUNDATIONS
This program is for you - If you're ready to elevate your running beyond just accumulating miles. This 4 week program offers a path to mastering the essential skills of efficient and effective running. The end result will be improved speed and endurance without the wear-and-tear of continuously increasing mileage, leading to fewer injuries and better overall performance. This will be achieved through the comprehensive implementation of progressive drills that integrate aspects of posture, breathing, stability, and striking mechanics - to name a few.
