Build Skill along side Strength & Conditioning


Kettlebell training is one of the most effective ways to increase strength, improve conditioning and optimize movement quality. In this 6 week program, participants will go from beginner to advanced skill sets. After which, participants will have the requisite skills required to join the membership classes where they can keep improving their strength, fitness and skill.

This program is designed meticulously to progress participants of all fitness levels through basic movement patterning and advancing skill acquisition. Participants build strength in tandem with movement and kettlebell competency. With this, participants will gain the ability to seamlessly combine complex movement patterns and flow from one exercise to another. In short, you will get the workout of your life.

This program is a pre-requisite for the Advanced Kettlebell Classes.
