Run Foundations is different from other run programs that tend to focus solely on conditioning and volume. In this program, we look to optimize running efficiency by increasing awareness, mastering drills, improving breathing, stability and integrating into your new running form.

You will learn what optimal form looks like, and more importantly - what it feels like! When you know what it feels like, you will know how to find it, and when you start to lose it. We use drills so you can focus, feel, develop and integrate new movement patterns. The result is an overall improvement in speed and endurance without the wear-and-tear through the usual means of just training harder and adding more mileage.
